What should we get each other? For now, why don’t we just exchange slightly awkward waves over Google Meet? Just until we continue to get this whole pandemic under control, I think it would be best if we met virtually, rather than in person. I have given up my office space for now, but we will meet together in person again someday! And I know, the idea of virtual therapy isn’t appealing for everyone, but in the end, most are quite surprised by how much they like it. Would you like to give it a try?
I like to know where I’m going.
Not just in a- “where is my life going?” way, but in a- “is it upstairs or down, where will I wait, where will I sit” way. If this whole process of finding a therapist and going to therapy is new to you, let’s take some of the guess work out of it.
